Living with Us

Field view is a purposed-built, homely residential home situated in the heart of Redditch, providing outstanding quality of care for residents.

The home offers 20 stylish bedrooms, majority of them equipped with ensuite shower room facilities. Based on 2 floors, residents benefit from a furnished sitting room and a dining room. The enclosed garden, cared for by some of our Residents, is a favourite location in which to relax or socialise with friends and family. The garden can also be enjoyed from the large bi fold doors and windows. All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped and some rooms benefit from garden views.

The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul. We also offer a host of social activities to entertain our residents, such as arts & crafts, baking & cooking, dancing and music, exercise and fitness classes, gardening and flower arranging and many more.

Lifestyle

At every stage in life, maintaining your physical and mental health is important. A dedicated activities Co-ordinator creates a daily activity program, in conjunction with residents requests and personal areas of interest. These can be scheduled throughout the day to encourage participation for all and to create a fun family environment.

Independent activity, hobbies and day-to-day tasks can boost an individuals’ self-confidence and as part of our person-centered care, adapt this each individual. Our homes take pride in arranging special activities including birthdays or special milestones, religious celebrations, national days of celebration and events.

The local communities support us in maintaining active healthy lifestyle within each home and we develop relationships to promote socialisation, mobility, interaction, independence and self-confidence.

Activities can be both indoors and outdoors and our gardens are utilised as much as possible. We offer local day trips where possible for residents to enjoy within the community.

Your Personal Care Plan

Our personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.

Our food menu is specially designed to appeal to our residents’ varied palates whilst providing the right balance of nutrients.
